Police make arrest in several cases we have featured here

On March 23, 2014, at approximately 8:12 p.m. a female victim was exiting her vehicle in front of her apartment building near 3407 Holly Creek Drive, Laurel, MD when she was approached by a black male suspect who was armed with a silver handgun.

 

The suspect demanded her purse, keys and cellphone. When the victim refused to turn over her keys, the suspect pulled back the slide on his handgun and threatened to kill the victim.  The suspect took the purse and keys and fled, throwing the keys in the parking lot. The suspect fled in a small silver four-door vehicle, leaving in an unknown direction.

 

These images were captured of the possible suspects in the area soon after the robbery. These suspects were using the victim’s credit cards.

UPDATE:

 

On April 4, 2014, Detectives from the Howard County Police Department along with the U.S. Marshalls, located Antoin Robinson at an undisclosed location and took him into custody without incident.  He is currently being held without bail at the Dorsey Run Correctional Center in Howard County.

 

Additionally, the female pictured in the surveillance video with Robinson, has also been identified and arrested as well. She was arrested and released on bond.

Antoin L Robinson, 32, of 7219 Flag Harbor Drive, District Heights, MD

 

Jackelyn Lindsey Castaneda-Tomlinson, 19, of 3940 WARNER AVE, Landover Hills, MD

Criminal Investigation Division – Major Crimes Section

 

WANTED PERSON!

 

On March 21,2014, the Anne Arundel County Police Department initiated an investigation involving the sexual abuse of a child.

 

Through the investigation, it was learned that a toddler left in the care and custody of Darrius Eric Carr was sexually abused over the course of several days.  Based on evidence recovered during the investigation, detectives submitted an application for a statement of charges to the District Court Commissioner.

 

Currently, there is an outstanding arrest warrant charging Carr with Sex Abuse of a Minor, Third and Fourth Degree Sex Offenses, and Second Degree Assault, Production and Possession of Child Pornography. The identity and age of the victim is not being released.

Suspect: Darrius Eric Carr, 20, of no fixed address, but is known to frequent the Baltimore area.

 

UPDATE:

 

The suspect, Darrius Carr, was taken into custody last night (April 8), without incident by the Harford County Sheriff’s Department. No information is available as to why he was in Harford County. This remains an active investigation and there are no other details availablepolice badge aaco
